Formerly the
Las Palmas Nightclub, with Spanish inspired flair and decor, this hot
spot sizzled in the late 1990’s. It
helped to bring back the passion to the Hollywood nightlife scene. Now, the club has received
a resurrection of its own, becoming the LAX Nightclub in Los Angeles. Celebrity DJ Adam
Goldstein (also known as DJ AM) bought the club and redecorated. It was out with the old
and in with LAX inspired architecture, including neon windows and
circular VIP booths. After years of
planning private events (think Leonardo DiCaprio’s birthday party), he
tries his hand at creating a hip, streamlined environment for LA
hotties and hunks to come dance and mingle.
Now that it’s become a new hotspot with Goldstein’s
breath of life, the LAX Nightclub in Los Angeles is the new host of
legendary promoter Brent Bolthouse’s infamous Wednesday night parties. You can call to make the
attempt to get on the guest list, but don’t expect it to be easy; it’s
nearly impossible to get in if you don’t have the right connections. All club goers
at the LAX Club in Los Angeles must be 21 or over, and parking is
typically by valet only. This
trendy club is great for dancing and socializing, but don’t expect to
find a happy hour, and be prepared for a huge crowd.
You’ll find some great outdoor seating, and multiple
bars. Live DJ’s
spin house and R&B, and singles show off their best moves,
bumping and grinding against each other. |
