El Guapo Night Club in Los Angeles

Hola.  Como estas?  The El Guapo Night Club in Los Angeles will have you feeling the need to speak Spanish and party like you’re south of the border by the time you leave.  You’ll feel as though you’ve stepped into the middle of a Mexican Cinco de Mayo party, with décor of festive streamers and themed tabletops.

With the exception of top of the line, potent margaritas to complete the need for a mariachi band to serenade you, this is, unfortunately, where the cultural experience ends.  The El Guapo Night Club in Los Angeles itself is a sports-bar style hang-out, with top-40 beats thumping through the sound system and big-screen televisions entertaining cheering sports fans with everything from hockey to soccer to football.

The food is good, and on Tuesdays, tacos are only $1.00.  However, the food is not the real draw of the El Guapo Night Club in Los Angeles.  Choose from sixteen different tequilas and create a potent combination geared to put you under the table.  Don’t worry about the worm – if you swallow it, you’ll never know the difference!  The house favorite is the Bullgarita, with Red Bull and gold tequila.  If you don’t like shots, try the enormous 42-ounce margarita.

There is a private party room at the El Guapo Night Club in Los Angeles, sporting its own big screen TV’s for entertainment.  Parking is available at a pay lot of at meters on the street.  With long hours (opening at 9:00am daily and staying open until 12:00am from Sunday through Thursday and until 2:00am on Friday and Saturday), and prices guaranteed to please, the El Guapo Night Club in Los Angeles (located in the West Hollywood area at Melrose and Alta Vista Blvd) is a hip, inexpensive location to just hang out and enjoy some drinks, as well as get a small taste of the authentic Mexica
